Our mobile application serves purely as a free B2B client tool for candidates to participate in structured interviews set up by their prospective employers.
Our application detects facial presence and tracking indicators to serve as an automated proctoring mechanism to evaluate candidate integrity (anti-cheating verification).
• What Face Data is Tracked: We track facial attributes including eye gaze direction (gazing eyes), candidate looking away from the screen, face not detected, or multiple faces in the frame.
• Local Processing: Real-time face tracking calculations are processed entirely locally on the device in active memory and discarded instantly. Raw face tracking coordinates are never saved or uploaded.
• Storage & Visibility: A video recording of the active session is captured and securely uploaded to Honexa servers. It is strictly confidential and only the administering organization (prospective employer) can see the recordings to verify session integrity.
• Zero Third-Party Sharing: Face proctoring data and video recordings are strictly confidential and are NEVER shared with third-party AI services, external models, or outside entities.
• 7-Day Retention: Every collected session recording is automatically deleted from our servers after 7 days using automated server jobs.
When you participate in an AI-driven interview, your textual responses (transcripts) and interview chats are processed and shared with Google's gemini-2.5-flash-lite AI model for real-time evaluation.
To access a scheduled interview, candidates use a unique Invitation Code generated by the administering organization. This code is sent securely via email and is used exclusively for authentication purposes to link the candidate to their specific interview session.
Our mobile application operates strictly as a free client tool for candidates. We operate under a Business-to-Business (B2B) model where organizations pay for platform usage through enterprise contracts on our web platform.
Therefore, the Honexa mobile app contains zero in-app purchases (IAP), zero subscriptions, and no paid premium features. The invitation code cannot be redeemed for credits or any purchasable goods.
We have implemented robust, industry-standard security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed. Access to your personal data is strictly limited to employees, agents, and contractors who have a business need to know.
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for. Interview results and transcripts are retained securely and are accessible only by the organization that administered the interview.
