These terms govern your access to and use of Honexa.ai web applications, candidate mobile applications, and AI interview services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Honexa.ai corporate website, recruitment web application, or mobile client applications (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. B2B Service Model & User Roles

Honexa operates under a Business-to-Business (B2B) software-as-a-service model:

• Administering Organizations (Employers): Enterprise clients register organizational accounts, create job positions, purchase interview credits, schedule candidate assessments, and review candidate scorecards.

• Candidates: Candidates access the mobile application as a 100% free client tool using a unique Invitation Code issued by an administering employer. The mobile application contains zero in-app purchases, zero subscriptions, and no paid features for candidates.

3. AI Interviews & Automated Proctoring Conduct

When participating in an AI video interview session, candidates acknowledge and agree to the following operational parameters:

  • • Face Proctoring: Real-time device tracking evaluates session integrity (e.g., eye gaze direction, candidate presence, multiple faces). Local tracking calculations operate entirely in active memory on the device and are never saved.
  • • AI Evaluation Engine: Textual response transcripts and interview chats are evaluated in real-time by Google's gemini-2.5-flash-lite AI model to generate candidate scorecards for the prospective employer. Raw voice/audio files are never sent to third-party AI models.
  • • Confidentiality & Video Storage: Session video recordings are accessible exclusively by the administering employer and are automatically deleted after 7 days.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Impersonating another individual or using another person's Invitation Code.

• Attempting to bypass, defeat, or manipulate automated proctoring mechanisms.

• Utilizing external AI assistance, unauthorized proxy interviewers, or screen reflection tools during live sessions.

• Decompiling, reverse engineering, or scraping the Platform or AI evaluation models.

• Sharing or transferring Invitation Codes outside of intended recruitment channels.

5. Billing, Credits & Commercial Terms

Employers purchase interview credits on a pay-as-you-go or custom enterprise arrangement. Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by law or agreed in writing. Credits remain valid without arbitrary expiration dates as outlined in our corporate pricing specifications.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including proprietary software, AI algorithms, visual branding, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of Honexa.ai and Dark Bears.

7. AI Scorecards & Disclaimers

AI interview scorecards and proctoring logs serve as auxiliary decision-support tools for employers. Final hiring and employment decisions rest solely with the administering organization.
